Summary
This simulation corresponds to a maximum of activity configuration of the Sun (Carrington rotation 1954, which corresponds to August 1999).
It is a snapshot of the relaxed state after 500 PLUTO times (~10 days).
It is performed in 3D.
The grid dimension is 128x64x128 in spherical coordinates (radius, co-latitude and longitude).
It has been initialized using data from the Mount Wilcox Observatory (map Br_wilcox1999.70||15.c). The radial magnetic field is then filtered using spherical harmonics decomposition (here up to lmax=15).
The cosmic rays energies probed for this specific configuration are: [$1.0 \, 10^6, 1.0 \, 10^7, 1.0 \, 10^8, 4.45 \, 10^8, 1.0 \, 10^9, 1.0 \, 10^{10}, 1.0 \, 10^{11}$] MV.
